Alex Gianikas, LSCSW, LMAC
Alex Gianikas is a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW) and Master Addiction Counselor (LMAC). He works with adolescents, adults, and couples. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Florida State University in 2009. He received his Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago in 2013. Alex has specialized training in treating substance use disorders and enjoys working with individuals seeking to evaluate or make changes in this area of their lives. He is also well versed in addressing the intersection of medical and mental health conditions, having trained with an inpatient organ transplantation program and an integrated primary care/behavioral health clinic. Other areas of specialization include LGBTQ/sexuality concerns, eating disorders, mood disorders, and men's issues.
